A heart that still beats for the Heat
After ranting on my last entry about how the Miami Heat being dreadful, I should of course rave about how they managed to redeem themselves after that horrible 2-0 deficit.
And so they win it all - on the road. They swept the Mavs with four victories straight. And winning their first victory in Dallas all season long. Awesome.
I know a lot of people still have bad things to say about the Heat and the league itself, but you’ve got to admit that the better team did win. They made better plays, everyone contributed, they made baskets, it was great.
So yeah, I can’t wait for next year. This was a great series, in my opinion. Will there be a repeat? I dunno, no one can guarantee that. But with this first victory, it brought us a new breed of champions. And the emergence of a new superstar that is Dwyane Wade.
Too bad that I don’t live in Florida anymore. huhu. They’re having a parade tomorrow in Miami (right, like I can drive all the way to Miami from Tampa to watch it. haha). Nevertheless, I’ve been cheering for Miami for 2 years, it’s about time. Yeah!

In the meantime, today is the first day of summer. And there was a short drizzle outside (syempre, alangan namang inside ang drizzle). And it’s my ultimate crush’s 24th birthday. hehe.
